Mr. David was an active member of St John’s Church. In the 70s and 80s, he was a cross bearer, and a chorister for very many years in St John’s Church choir; and also sang in the YMCA Choral Society. He used his talent in repair and maintenance of the church tower clock and the pipe organ.

It is with deep sadness that we inform you of the demise of MRS. ANNA VARUGHESE, wife of the late Mr. Thomas M. Varughese, and mother of Gita, Anita, and Renuka.
Mrs. Varughese was in hospital because of a fall and a fracture of the femur in her right leg. Early morning, June 15, she suffered a cardiac arrest. She will be cremated on June 16 at Kalpally Crematorium. Due to the current situation, we understand that it will not be possible to attend the cremation except for the family members and a few others.
Mrs. Varughese was a longstanding member of St. John’s Church, an active member of the Women’s Fellowship and the Communication & Technology Sub-committee.
